High Load Metal Cylinder for Bowditch

Studying knock in an optical combustion engine exposes the optical parts for high load. Normally the piston view is sufficient and the cylinder can be replaced with a cooled metal cylinder that better imitates the thermodynamic conditions of a production engine.
